Today I have tried cooking some simple dish which I found in i-weekly supplement. Its actually is a diet dish but considered that the dish have cheese and it was fried,so I just classified as a simple dish. Not so much of difficult and complicated ingredients so I chose this : Meat Patty with Spinach and Cheese!
I will share out the recipe here!
Serves 1
Ingredient:
Chicken breast 1 piece
Spinach 1 bunch
Cheese 1 slice
Biscuit (normal biscuit) 3 slice
An egg
Flour Adequate
Cooking oil 1 spoonful
The seasonings for marinate (all the amount just adequate) are :
Sake (but I don't have so mine changed to soya sauce)
Salt
Pepper
01. Cut the chicken breast half from the side. Marinate with sake/soya sauce,salt and pepper.
02. Beat the egg in a bowl and add in the
biscuits,and smash it.
The bottom right side is (biscuits and egg). And all the main ingredients are here.
03.Wrap the cheese and spinach in marinated chicken breast meat;cover the meat with flour,egg and biscuit crumbs. (Sorry I don't have the picture after covered because my hands were full of biscuits crumbs and flour-.-)

04. Heat the frying pan and add the cooking oil,add in the chicken breast with fillings,roast it over medium heat till crispy and turn to low heat to cook through.


*Tips: take care of the duration and degree of heating!

*nomnom* It tastes really not bad! Since now is still in the school holiday,so I really suggest those lazybumbum like me try to cook this for dinner or for anybody you want.
ME AND MY CHICKEN HAHAHAH lol.
